Specify a file name and save location in the Save As window.

Select File > Backup to QuickBooks for Windows.

Open the company file in QuickBooks for Mac.

If any are found, edit the transactions and remove the memos, then rebuild the file again (see step 5).

Check for any memos with names longer than fifty (50) characters or containing special characters.

Note: A checkmark appears when the column is selected.

Select All from the Dates drop-down field.

That means that putting a bill into your iCal calendar does not show up on the billing date, the due date or any other date or time that is at all useful. There is NO Web Connect (as in Quicken and the Windows version of Quickbooks) and most banks do not let you download the required *.qob files needed to import into Quickbooks Pro for Mac. And, the Intuit's marketing department has jumped WAY ahead of the coders and basically lies about the program's (in)ability to do online banking as advertised.
